Asst. General Manager / Dy. General Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Expert in Litigation matters.
• Financial Transactions: Overseeing and recording day-to-day financial transactions accurately in the company's accounting system.
• Financial Reports: Preparing financial statements, reports, utilization certificates, and other financial documents required by management or external stakeholders.
• Reconciliation: Ensuring regular reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and other key accounts to maintain accuracy and completeness.
• Audits: Coordinating and assisting with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation, explanations, and supporting data.
• Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to identify discrepancies, variances, and opportunities for improvement in financial management.
• Tax Matters: Monitoring all tax-related issues, including tax compliance, returns, payments, and resolving any discrepancies with tax authorities.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring the company complies with all statutory regulations, including accounting standards, tax laws, and other relevant financial regulations.
• Management Information System (MIS): Preparing and reviewing the monthly MIS reports for presentation to senior management, highlighting key financial metrics.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitoring cash flow, forecasting future cash needs, and providing periodic reports on the companys cash flow position.
• GST Management: Overseeing monthly GST filings and payments, including managing returns such as GSTR 1 and GSTR 3B, ensuring compliance with GST laws.
• TDS Management: Monitoring quarterly TDS returns, ensuring accurate deductions, and reconciling with Form 26AS for compliance.
• Revenue Monitoring: Tracking revenue streams, managing bill bookings, and overseeing receivables to ensure timely collections and accurate revenue recognition.
