• Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees while adhering to labor laws and regulations.
• Manage payments to vendors and suppliers, negotiate payment terms, and optimize cash flow through effective payment strategies.
• Stay informed about changes in accounting standards, financial regulations, and tax laws.
• Ensure the company complies with all financial and accounting regulations.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making by the company's leadership.
• Monitor actual financial performance against forecasts and adjust strategies as needed.
• Lead and manage a team of accountants and financial professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
