JOB DESCRIPTION:


Role specific skillsets:

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join our team for a real estate lending client. This position involves handling various tasks related to
  • Updating financial statements of borrowers, analysis of P&L,
  • Incorporating data from loan documents, underwriting documents, and appraisal documents for sizing the deal and supporting underwriting decisions
  • Validating Capex expense proof
  • Weekly/ Monthly reporting

The ideal candidate will have experience working with income statements, balance sheet and should have strong analytical skills and should be comfortable working on excel. .

Over all infrastructure is nice

Dislikes

Managers never cooprates with with employees, rude behaviour of manages especially in F&A departments, never approve your leaves until and unless you are begging for it and when there is crunch situation about delivery force you to stay back after office and make you complete all work... and stay back frequency is quite high like you have to stay back 2-3 days in a week
