JOBDESCRIPTION:
Rolespecific skillsets:
AccountingConcepts Processing
Requiredto have a good knowledge of accounting concepts related to Profit and LossAccount and Balance Sheet, taxation, statutory compliance
Understandingthe key areas about the finalization of accounts and the complete cycle of R2R
Basicunderstanding of the direct and indirect tax applicability and compliances andrequirements of report submissions.
Experiencein handling month end activities along with preparation of all the controlaccount schedules
Stronganalytical skills and should be comfortable working on excel.
Experienceof working on SAP, Oracle, or Tally
Income Tax
- Basic understanding of TDS provisions for preparing monthly workings
- Reconciliation of TDS with GL on a monthly basis and with PL on a yearly basis
- Month end activities relating to over/under deduction of TDS and consequent impact on the books
- Basic understanding of filing TDS returns
- Payment of TDS
GST
- Basic understanding of GST workings i. e. how the transactions flow in relation to GSTR1, GSTR2B/2A and GSTR3B
- Reconciliation of GST with GSTR2B, Reconciliation of GST with GL
- Monthly GSTR workings
- Following up with vendors/stakeholders where there is excess reported in GSTR2B/2A
- Checking on transactions where excess has been reported in PR vis- -vis GSTR2B/2A
- Payment of GST

Shift Timings : Nexdigm operates in multiple shifts to helpcater to our clients better:
- Morning shift - 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
- General shift - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
- Evening Shift - 3:30 pm to 12:30 am
Please Note: Shift timings differ basis the role. The shifttiming allocated to you will depend on the scope of work and will be communicatedto you during the offer discussion.

A B. Com/M. Com/MBA / CA Inter degree along withprior exposure of 4 - 6 years in General Ledger processes.

An ability to understand the organization s goalsand objectives and link them with the deliverables of the assigned function, inaddition to overseeing delivery and operations.
