? About the Role??

?We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Video Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the video production process, from pre-production to post-production. A strong ability to assist in content planning, scriptwriting, and editing is essential. Bonus points if you have on-camera anchoring skills!??

? Key Responsibilities? ?

? Pre-Production:

?- Collaborate with producers and writers to develop video concepts and scripts. ??

?- Assist in storyboarding and planning shoots. ?? ??

? Production:??

?- Assist in operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment during shoots. ??

?- Work closely with directors and senior producers to ensure high-quality content capture. ? ?

?- If comfortable, take on-camera roles for anchoring or presenting content. ??

? Post-Production:??

?- Work with editors to review and edit footage into polished videos. ??

?- Assist in adding graphics, subtitles, and animations where needed. ??

?- Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and storytelling objectives. ? ??

? Qualifications & Skills:??

?Proficiency in English (written and spoken) for scripting and content creation.

?Understanding of video production (pre-production, shooting, editing). ??

?Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software. ??

?Strong scriptwriting skills for short-form and long-form content. ??

?Good sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and aesthetics. ??

?Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. ??

?Familiarity with social media video formats (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook etc. )
