Job Description
We are seeking a talented and experienced Podcast Producer with experience in video production to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of proven experience in content creation and production, with a strong background in podcasting and video storytelling.
New Delhi/NCR Responsibilities: - Conceptualise, plan, and produce engaging podcast episodes from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality content that aligns with our brand and target audience.
- Coordinate all aspects of podcast production, including scriptwriting, recording sessions, editing, sound design, and post-production.
- Oversee video production podcast episodes, including filming, editing, and post-production to create visually compelling content.
- Collaborate with hosts, guests, and other team members to develop creative concepts and execute seamless productions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance the production value and audience engagement of our podcasts and videos.
- Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and freelancers as needed.
- Degree in Media Studies, or related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in content creation and production, with a focus on podcasting and video production.
- Understanding of audio and video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Audacity a plus.
- Excellent storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual and auditory detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with a passion for exploring innovative formats and storytelling techniques.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Experience with live streaming and remote recording technologies is a plus.
- Experience working with brand solutions and branded content a major plus.
