Job Summary :

- We are seeking a Network IT Engineer L1 & L2 to join our team and provide essential network support.

- In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming network-related issues, troubleshooting, and resolving problems efficiently.

- Your primary focus will be on providing first-level support to ensure smooth network operations.

Responsibilities :

- Provide first-level technical support for network-related issues, including hardware and software problems.

- Troubleshoot common network issues such as connectivity problems, network outages, and slow performance.

- Configure and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls) according to standard operating procedures.

- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues proactively.

- Document and track network incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.

- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.

- Maintain inventory of network hardware and software.

- Adhere to ITIL service management processes and best practices.

Qualifications :

- 2-5 years of experience in network support or a related field.

- Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP), and network devices (routers, switches, firewalls).

- Proficiency in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Certifications in networking (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+).

- Experience with network monitoring tools.

- Knowledge of ITIL service management framework
