Position: Bid Manager.
Experience: 3-5 years.
Location: Delhi Office.
Responsibilities.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive bid management process tailored to government projects.
- Lead bid teams, including cross-functional collaboration with technical, sales, and delivery teams.
- Must have an excellent understanding of entire Bidding processes including requirement of various documentary requirement which are required for Tender / RFP from Internal ( finance, sales, technical ) as well External stake holders (OEMs).
- Analyse RFP/RFI/RFQs issued by government departments and agencies and do the Tender / RFP evaluation as per the Prequalification's criteria and organize the internal meeting to discuss within various stake holders.
- Must have an excellent relations with OEMs and their account teams to get the winning support.
- Develop winning proposals aligned with government tender requirements and evaluation criteria.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis for government projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with key government stakeholders.
- Manage bid timelines, ensuring timely submission of high-quality proposals.
- Develop and maintain a bid library of reusable content specific to government projects.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify government opportunities and develop bid strategies.
- Track and report on bid metrics and performance.
- Ensure compliance with government procurement procedures and regulations.
- Develop pricing strategies for government projects.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in bid management with a strong focus on government projects.
- Must have an excellent knowledge / understanding of products int IT infrastructure solutions, cyber security solutions, cloud computing, software development, and software solutions.
- Understanding of government procurement processes and regulations.
- Experience with government e-procurement portals like GEM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in proposal writing software and tools.
