We are hiring for a Bid Manager for one of our esteemed clients in Pune having experience into Proposal Management, Proposal Writing, Bid Strategy,Bid Documentation, Quality Assurance.

Experience - 5 + years.

Location - Pune.

CTC Up to 17 LPA.

Shifts General Shifts.

Work Mode Work From Office.

Job Description:

- Proven experience of 5+ years in bid management, with a focus on proposal writing.

- Managing Bid business development lifecycle and processes.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Work under tight deadlines and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

- Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and trends.

- Lead the development of high-quality proposals, ensuring they are aligned with client requirements and company objectives. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to inform bid strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accurate and compelling proposal content.

- Manage the proposal process from start to finish, including coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

- Review and edit proposals for clarity, consistency, and adherence to company standards. Ensure timely submission of proposals, adhering to strict deadlines.

- Track proposal progress and provide regular updates to management. Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in bid management with a strong focus on proposal writing. In-depth understanding of the business development lifecycle and processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
