Job Summary:
- We are seeking an EPC Sales and Business Development Manager with 4-5 years of experience in tendering and bid management within the EPC sector.
- This role involves identifying business opportunities, managing the tendering and bid processes, and driving revenue growth by winning contracts in sectors like energy, infrastructure, and Environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new EPC project opportunities, focusing on tendering and bid management.
- Develop and submit competitive bids and proposals for large-scale projects, aligning with client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project handovers and client satisfaction.
- Track, report, and analyze business development and bid management metrics.
Requirement:
- Strong relations and connect in EPC industry (Northern India) is must.
- Proven track record of sourcing and execution in previous organization.
-Strong understanding of the EPC industry and contract acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in business development, tendering, and bid management for EPC projects
