New Trends Commerce is a joint venture between Clicktech Enterprises Private Limited ("Poddar Group Entity") and Haverl LLC ("Amazon Group Entity"). Clicktech is a prominent seller on the Amazon India marketplace and is currently operating in the category of wireless, wireless accessories, consumer electronics, personal computing, home improvement, BISS - Business Industrial & Scientific Supply, wireless Devices, Smart Home Solutions and Digital Devices.

Position/Role: Program Manager

Location: Bengaluru, India

Position Description: Program Manager

- Clicktech is expanding its Retail business and looking for a smart and ambitious individual. This role is based out of Bangalore - The role requires effective co-ordination of the program's projects and management of their inter-dependencies including oversight of any risks and issues arising. It also includes the co-ordination of the new capability for the business to enable effective change and realisation of projected benefits.

- The program manager is responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program. They will develop and maintain the program environment to support each individual project/workstreams within it.

Roles and responsibilities:

The program manager is responsible for:

- Defining the program's governance arrangements - Planning and designing the program and proactively monitoring its progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action

- Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program - focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program, and outwardly on its coherence via interfacing with vendors/brands, vendor managers, analytics & tech team etc.

- Ensuring service delivery to vendors/brands within pre-defined SLA , monitoring team productivity & enhancing vendor/brand experience of the program

- Innovate & execute new workstreams to solve for key vendor/brand pain points with appropriate level of quality, consistency and budget adherence

- Collaborating with third-party service providers to implement process automation initiatives

- Managing communications with all stakeholders including but not limited to reporting the progress of the program at regular intervals to the program leader & organization leadership

- Managing the revenue operations of the program along with P&L monitoring, risk identification & program margin augmentation

- Driving ad-hoc interventions to address & solve for program-level gaps in vendor/brand experience, productivity, P&L improvement & program adoption

Basic Qualifications:

- MBA from Tier 1 college

- 2 - 5 years of experience in data-driven business operations processes where associates are required to handle large volumes of data and take decisions based on analysis of such data

- Proficient in Excel

- Knowledge of SQL and Python

Preferred Qualifications:

- Excellent data accuracy skills, eye for detail, and commitment to meet deadlines

- Creative and analytical problem solvers with a passion for operational excellence

- Identification of areas of possible process improvements

- Pace of implementation and consistency in performance

- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to guide team members

- Ability to drive tasks assigned independently post guidance from leadership

- Proactive reporting of status to leadership
