Vincular - Program Manager (3-5 yrs)

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail- oriented Program Manager to oversee key business initiatives, drive data- backed decision- making, and ensure seamless coordination among stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong Excel and SQL skills, experience in statistical analysis, and the ability to prepare insightful dashboards that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Program Management: Drive execution of critical programs by working cross- functionally with internal teams and external partners.

- Data Analytics & Business Insights: Leverage statistical analysis to derive meaningful business insights and recommend data- driven decisions.

- Dashboard & Reporting: Develop and maintain real- time dashboards in Excel and SQL for tracking key performance metrics. Problem- solving mindset with attention to detail.

- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a bridge between multiple teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of tasks.

- P&L Analysis: Understand and analyse Profit & Loss statements to track financial health and optimize business processes.

- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in existing workflows and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: Postgraduate degree from a Tier- 1 or Tier- 2 institute (MBA/PGDM preferred).

Experience: Minimum 3 years in program management, business analytics, or a related role.

Technical Skills:

- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, Data Visualization).

- Strong experience with SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

- Proficiency in statistical analysis for decision- making.

Soft Skills:

- Strong business acumen and ability to interpret financial data.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Problem- solving mindset with attention to detail.
