Emeritus - Manager - Business Analytics (3-5 yrs)

- In your role as a Manager Business Analytics, you will be reporting to the Associate Director, Business.

- The Associate Director is responsible for all aspects of EMERITUS Business analysis and P&L management Your responsibility is to analyse internal business data, develop analytics strategies to optimize business processes, drive decision-making processes, and ensure data-driven outcomes for the organization.

- You will work with other teams at EMERITUS to deliver on these responsibilities.

- We have specialized teams for course development, course marketing, course enrolments, course delivery, and alumni management.

- You will be seen to be succeeding in your role if you harness internal business data to drive operational efficiencies and support strategic decision-making.

- We expect analytical insights to scale rapidly and provide high impact.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Driving data-driven decision-making and providing strategic insights: Partner with teams across marketing, sales, revenue, and data science to shape business strategies and enhance performance.

- Developing analytical models and simulations: Create robust models to interpret data, predict trends, and solve complex business problems.

- Designing and implementing dashboards and reports: Provide real-time insights to track progress, support business growth, and facilitate informed decisions.

- Analysing internal business data: Identify significant trends and patterns to guide strategic planning and enhance operational efficiency.

- Managing data flow processes: Oversee the efficient collection, processing, and analysis of data to ensure reliable and timely insights.

- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders: Work with various functions to optimize business processes and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key Skills and Qualifications:.

- Educational Background: Full time MBA from B-school.

- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in Business Analytics.

- Analytical Skills: Proven experience with business analytics and data-driven decision-making.

- Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as R Studio, Google BigQuery, Redash, and Looker Studio is essential.

- Scaling: Experience in scaling analytical models by identifying opportunities.
