Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct market landscaping exercise and scout for M&A or acqui-hiring opportunities in APAC, Middle East
- Assess M&A and inorganic opportunities including building or reviewing business plans, synergies etc.
- Support senior management in negotiations, interactions with the Target
- Program manage the transaction
- Drive integration of acquired teams/ targets
- Support Enterprise Leadership in driving their functional strategy.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Problem solving can solve un-structured problems and drive insightful analysis.
- Financial modelling and interviewing skills
- Stakeholder management: ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders / middle management.
- Self-starter and independent working skills required.
- Communication: written and oral.
- Ability to work in a global setup.
- Science or Business Graduate from top institute
- MBA or master's degree in a management is preferred but not a must
- Preferably from a consulting or investment banking background
