Position Description:
At NTCPL, we are building a new B2B sales vertical to help B2B customers to digitize & consolidate their office supply requirements in convenient & efficiency way. Customer Development team will be responsible for identifying & pitch to the right target customers, onboard them as a customer of the marketplace and help them digitize their office supplies requirement. This team will also work with the onboarded customers to consolidate their office supply requirements and help them drive efficiency through better pricing thus developing large business with the customer. An ideal candidate comes from B2B Sales (hunting) and account management (farming) background, can thrive in new ambiguous environments where they can develop businesses from scratch.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Work with the team to identify and engage potential small & medium enterprise customers through cold calls, on-ground scouting, networking, and referrals.
- Customer Consultation & Needs Analysis: Develop mechanisms & systems to enable team understand customers' office supply needs and pattern, analyse it to understand the customer pain points & potential
- Sales Pitch & Onboarding: Train & mentor the team to pitch the B2B e-commerce solution and onboard the customer on the B2B marketplace by showcasing product benefits and cost savings. In certain high value sales, lead the customer negotiation and discussion along with the team
- Procure Products & Pricing as per Customer Requirement- Set-up processes for the team to work with the business partner teams to procure all required products at the expected price
- Account Management & Retention: Build long-term relationships, ensure repeat business, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with large customers
- CRM & Sales Reporting: Design CRM or tools to maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client interactions, train the team and ensure adoption
- Team Growth- Ensure timely connects with the team, develop their growth & development plans and mentor them to deliver business results
