- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager with a solid understanding of SEO.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, fostering relationships with potential clients, and converting these leads into successful partnerships.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Conversion:
- Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities within the SEO sectors.
- Develop and implement strategies for lead generation, including networking, cold calling, and leveraging online and offline channels.
- Qualify leads to ensure they meet the company's ideal client profile and business objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to pitch our services to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific business objectives.
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Analyze competitors' activities and market dynamics to refine the business development strategy.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement marketing campaigns that support business development efforts.
Collaboration And Coordination:
- Work closely with the product development, marketing, and SEO teams to ensure a seamless client experience from initial contact through project execution.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on client needs and market trends to guide future product enhancements.
Reporting And Analysis:
- Track and report on key business development metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and client satisfaction.
- Use data and insights to continuously improve the business development process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
- 3 + years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within SEO industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Must be proficient in creating good presentations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (must).
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the latest trends in SEO.
