Data Analyst / Data Science

We are seeking a Data Analyst / Data Scientist to collect, process, and analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights. The ideal candidate will be skilled in data visualization, statistical analysis, and machine learning techniques to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Interpretation:
Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and patterns.
Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to present insights.
Conduct statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B testing to support decision-making.
Data Science & Machine Learning:
Build and optimize predictive models using machine learning techniques.
Implement NLP, time-series forecasting, clustering, and classification algorithms.
Work with Python, R, SQL, and big data tools for data processing.
Deploy models using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Business & Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven business solutions.
Translate business requirements into actionable insights.
Communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders in an understandable format.

Qualifications & Skills:
Mandatory:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools.
Experience with ETL pipelines, big data tools (Spark, Hadoop), and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and data wrangling techniques.
Ability to handle large datasets and work in a fast-paced environment.
