Role:
Neuberg Diagnostics is looking for a hands-on, Techno functional Implementation
Specialist who will work with the LeadSquared CRM Team, based in Chennai. The
implementation specialist will work closely with the sales & Marketing teams to
identify and build solutions for new digital initiatives in Sales & Marketing space. We
are looking for an experienced individual who can create the best solution using the
LeadSquared platform to design a solution that solves our internal teams
requirements.
Candidate will take a hands-on role designing and implementing short- and long-
term projects and managing the platform.
The ideal candidate is a highly collaborative, proactive self-starter who thrives in a
hands-on, team environment.
He/she will need to be a passionate learner to ensure you are able to identify the
best way to functionally use the LeadSquared platform to deliver a world-class
solution we work with.
We are looking for a person who is highly analytical in nature, as well as able to think
outside of the box on a number of occasions.
We are looking for someone who should possess expert interpersonal relationship
skills and organizational skills.
This person should be able to work under little direction and have superb decision-
making skills.
What will you do?
Solutions selection and recommendations through exploratory meetings, solution
demonstrations, ROI analysis and customer success.
You will document all business requirements and manage all project related
documentation and reports for every implementation process.
Solutions design, configuration, integration, automation, customization, testing and
ongoing support.
Project management, progress reporting and Team relationship building.
Training development, training facilitation and tool adoption assistance.
Ongoing support and business process refinement.
New initiative and tools identification and development
Key Responsibilities
Understand our internal business needs and devise appropriate solutions using
LeadSquared CRM Platform.
Have experience in Sales & Marketing CRM implementations.
Understand the software and tools ecosystem of Customer and come up with best
possible ways of connecting LeadSquared CRM.
Be the single point of contact for implementation and integrations.
Communicate the work status to the Manager and internal stakeholders on a regular
basis.
Work with Sales, Customer Success and Customer Support teams to ensure that
they understand any customizations done or unique needs served for the customer
retention.
Have exceptional written and oral English skills.
Exceptional critical thinking skills.
Customer success-oriented attitude
Understanding of how cloud-based applications are delivered and consumed
Timely execution-oriented professionals will be preferred
Requirements:
A bachelors or masters degree engineering or technology
Min 2+ years of mandatory experience in Implementation of LeadSquared CRM
