Purchase Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Sourcing & Procurement: Identify and evaluate suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery time. Negotiate contracts and terms of service.
• Order Management: Place orders for materials and supplies, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure efficient and effective procurement processes.
• Market Research: Monitor market trends and conduct research to identify potential new suppliers and alternatives.
• Cost Analysis: Analyze costs and pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness and budget compliance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier interactions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as finance, production, and logistics, to align procurement strategies with overall business goals.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements related to procurement and purchasing.
