Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify, research, and target new business opportunities by leveraging various platforms such as LinkedIn, industry databases, and social media.
• Cold Outreach: Reach out to prospects via cold calling, email outreach, and social media messaging to generate interest in our services/products.
• Qualifying Leads: Assess inbound and outbound leads to determine their potential, needs, and fit for our solutions, ensuring they meet the criteria for further engagement by the sales team.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos for the Account Executives and Sales Managers to present tailored solutions to prospects.
• Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with potential clients, ensuring ongoing communication and engagement.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), tracking leads, follow-ups, and conversion status.
• Market Research: Conduct research on target markets, industries, and competitors to understand customer needs and tailor outreach accordingly.
• Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment in messaging, campaigns, and lead qualification processes.
