We provide software and digital payment solutions to the BFSI Industry as a Technology service provider.
We function as a Technology Service Provider (TSP) and a Third-Party Aggregator Provider (TPAP), catering to stakeholders across the financial value chain, including banks, merchant aggregators, merchants, and consumers.
We got listed targeting SME IPO in Aug - 2021 on the NSE Emerge platform with a market cap of 2000 Cr (as of Mar'24) and became NPCIan approved Merchant Payment Service Provider, acquiring merchants and facilitating payment.
NPST has a marquee clientele having 10 Banks and 30+ PAPG and Merchants.

What will you do:
The Solution Manager will collaborate closely with sales, product, and technical teams to provide key technical support, shape product strategies, and assist team in client-facing engagements.
Your will be bridging the gaps between product & sales team by providing solutioning support more from a techno Commercial prospect and shall be possessing expertise in understanding the Product dynamics with strong background in payments and related technologies, alongside excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
Your role will be more into identifying current gaps and providing potential new solutions to the teams and business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Product solutioning support for Sales Team: Collaborate with product, technical and the sales team to provide technical insights during client discussions and meetings.
- Aid in crafting product pitches by understanding client needs and technical capabilities to align solution design with customers' business requirements.
- Identifying Gaps & New Solutions: Active involvement in providing Product insights by identifying currents gaps and recommending new dynamics to the Product & Sales team which leads to better client's relationship.
Product Knowledge & Development:
- Generate innovative product ideas based on market feedback and trends.
- Contribute to product improvement by identifying gaps and aligning with customer needs.
- Training: Conduct product training sessions for newly hired sales personnel, ensuring they are well-versed in product offerings and technical details.
- Provides coaching to existing team time to time to enhance their product knowledge, technical capabilities, and technical sales skills.
- Client Presentations: Develop client presentations and decks to effectively communicate product value propositions and technical details.
- Market Analysis: Perform market need and gap analysis to identify potential growth areas and ensure product-market fit.
- Driving Sales & Revenue: Though new solutions generating new sales opportunities and increase in revenue from such Products.
What are we looking for:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in technical roles, preferably within the payments industry.
- Experience in collaborating with sales teams and technical stakeholders to support product or service delivery.
- Experience and Strong understanding of payment systems including UPI, Switches, IMPS, Banking Operations & Payments, PA-PG (Payment Aggregators and Gateways).
- Excellent abilities for effectively conveying technical information to various stakeholders.
- Proficient in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Entrepreneurial skills, ability to observe, innovate and own your work.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
- Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative approach and work with perfection as a group effort to achieve organization goal.
- Education Qualification-Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Total / Relevant Experience : 8 to 10 years.
Industry : IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech.
Work arrangement : 5 days working from office.
Location - Mumbai.
