Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and passionate Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in AI and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI & ML frameworks, Language Model (LLMs), MLOps, Natural Language Processing (NLP), experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure, and proficiency in Python programming language.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop and deploy advanced AI and Machine Learning models.
2. Leverage AI & ML frameworks to build robust predictive models.
3. Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide AI expertise.
4. Use NLP to extract insights and analysis from large volumes of unstructured data.
5. Implement MLOps (Machine Learning Operations) to automate and enhance the ML lifecycle.
6. Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to improve workflow efficiency.
7. Ensure the robustness, scalability, and reliability of developed AI solutions.
8. Develop scalable cloud-based AI solutions on platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
9. Keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of AI and ML and propose new initiatives and improvements.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 4+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or related field.
3. Strong experience in AI & ML frameworks.
4. Profound knowledge of LLMs, both free and proprietary sources.
5. Experience in MLOps to automate and improve the ML lifecycle.
6. Proficient in NLP and the ability to extract insights from large volumes of unstructured data.
7. Extensive experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure.
8. Proficient experience in Python programming language.
9. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
10. Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
