Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and versatile Senior Solutions Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of various software development approaches, including traditional coding, no-code/low-code platforms, and cloud services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, able to design and implement scalable, efficient solutions across multiple technology stacks and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design and Architecture:
• Design and develop custom software solutions that meet business requirements, considering both traditional development and no-code/low-code approaches.
• Create architectural designs, technical specifications, and documentation for diverse technology stacks.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and optimize time-to-market.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks, including open-source options, based on project requirements.
2. No-Code/Low-Code Expertise:
• Stay current with leading no-code/low-code platforms and their capabilities.
• Assess project suitability for no-code/low-code solutions and recommend appropriate platforms.
• Design and implement solutions using no-code/low-code tools when appropriate.
3. Cloud Services Integration:
• Design and architect solutions leveraging cloud services across major providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Implement cloud-native architectures and best practices for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Ensure proper integration between on-premises systems and cloud services.
4. Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance to development teams across various technology stacks.
• Review and approve designs and implementations to ensure compliance with architectural standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
5. Client Engagement:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Present technical solutions, addressing concerns and ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Act as a technical point of contact during project delivery.
6. Project Management:
• Lead technical aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
7. Quality Assurance and Best Practices:
• Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment across various platforms.
• Conduct code and architecture reviews, providing feedback to development teams.
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, design, and development.
• Strong expertise in designing and implementing solutions using various technologies and frameworks.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., OutSystems, Mendix, Power Apps).
• Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience with microservices architecture, API management, and integration.
• Knowledge of data management, security, and compliance best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in relevant technologies or cloud platforms.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., AI/ML, IoT, blockchain).
