Hiring For German Trainer (2 To 5 yrs) , Mohali

We are seeking a qualified and experienced German Language Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality language training to candidates who are planning to move to Germany. As a German Language Trainer, you will play a key role in helping our candidates develop their language skills and cultural understanding to thrive in a German-speaking environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive German language training programs tailored to the needs of individual candidates.
• Conduct interactive and engaging language classes, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Assess candidates' language proficiency and provide constructive feedback to support their learning progress.
• Create learning materials, including lesson plans, exercises, and assessments, to enhance the effectiveness of training sessions.
• Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages active participation and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with current trends and developments in German language teaching methodologies and incorporate best practices into training programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in German language, linguistics, education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a German Language Trainer, preferably in a corporate or educational setting.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written German, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Certification in German language teaching (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) will be an advantage.Preferably C1 or C2 level.
• Experience in teaching German for specific purposes (e.g., business, travel, relocation) will be preferred.
