Manager - SEO
Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development:
- Develop SEO Strategies: Design and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and enhance overall website performance.
- On-Page SEO Optimization: Oversee on-page SEO efforts, including optimizing meta tags, headlines, content, images, internal linking, and site structure for better search engine rankings.
- Off-Page SEO Strategy: Plan and execute off-page SEO tactics, such as link building, outreach, guest blogging, and partnerships, to increase website authority and improve rankings.
Keyword Research & Content Strategy:
- Keyword Research: Perform in-depth keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and others to identify target keywords, long-tail keywords, and content gaps.
- Content Strategy: Work closely with content creators to develop an SEO-driven content strategy.
- Ensure that content is optimized for search engines and aligned with user intent.
- Content Optimization: Optimize website content, blog posts, landing pages, and other digital assets to improve rankings for targeted keywords while maintaining a natural flow and readability.
Technical SEO:
- Site Audit & Technical Optimization: Conduct regular technical audits of the website using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or Moz to identify issues related to site structure, indexing, crawlability, and speed.
- Mobile SEO: Ensure the website is mobile-friendly and optimized for mobile search, considering Google's mobile-first indexing.
- Speed Optimization: Collaborate with web developers to improve page loading speeds, ensuring fast and efficient user experiences across all devices.
- Fixing Technical Issues: Resolve issues related to site errors, broken links, redirects, schema markup, duplicate content, and other technical aspects impacting SEO performance.
Link Building & Outreach:
- Build Quality Backlinks: Develop and execute link-building strategies that focus on acquiring high-quality, relevant backlinks from authoritative websites in the industry.
- Outreach Campaigns: Run effective outreach campaigns to secure backlinks through guest posts, influencer collaborations, and partnerships with other brands or bloggers.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor link profiles to identify potential backlink opportunities and strategies for your website.
SEO Reporting & Analytics:
- Monitor SEO Performance: Track and analyze key SEO metrics (organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, etc) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz.
- Regular Reporting: Prepare regular reports on SEO performance, ranking improvements, traffic growth, and ROI.
- Share insights and data with stakeholders to guide strategic decisions.
- Analyze Traffic & User Behavior: Use data insights to understand user behavior, site engagement, and areas of improvement for the website and SEO performance.
