About the Role:
NetCom Learning is seeking an experienced and strategic Learning & Development to lead internal training initiatives and drive the effective utilization of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across the organization.
This role combines high-level training program design with operational management of SME resources, ensuring that our employees are equipped with the latest skills in technology and instructional methods.

Job Location: Remote Opportunity/ WFH
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Learning & Development (L&D) Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals, focusing on advancing technical competencies and instructional methodologies.
- Set long-term L&D objectives that enhance workforce skills and drive NetCom's growth in the competitive IT training industry.
Training Needs Assessment & Analysis:
- Collaborate with department leaders to assess training needs, identifying key skill gaps.
- Design targeted training solutions to address specific needs and maintain alignment with business goals.
Program Design and Execution:
- Oversee the development of engaging training modules across various formats, including e-learning, workshops, and seminars.
- Manage the deployment of training programs, ensuring consistent participation, positive feedback, and measurable outs.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
- Maintain and optimize the LMS to deliver an efficient and seamless learning experience.
- Regularly update content to reflect advancements in IT and instructional design, keeping programs current and relevant.
SME Utilization and Resource Optimization:
- Develop strategies to maximize the utilization of SMEs in training, project-based assignments, and content development.
- Establish guidelines and processes for effective SME allocation, optimizing resources to meet organizational priorities.
Impact Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:
- Use feedback and key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and SME engagement.
- Make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes and enhance the value of training initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration and Innovation:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training programs meet current and future needs.
- Stay informed on industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices in instructional design, integrating innovative solutions into training offerings.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, Human Resources, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 8-10 years in Learning & Development, with substantial experience within the IT or technology sector.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in learning theories, instructional design, LMS administration, and SME management.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated experience leading strategic L&D initiatives and managing high-performing training teams.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced certifications in L&D or related fields.
- Experience in managing SMEs and coordinating resources for multiple training programs.
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in corporate training.
