Overview

The AEM Digital Asset Manager plays a critical role in managing and optimizing digital assets to support marketing initiatives and product development. The role ensures all media files are well-organized, accessible, and align with current branding strategies.

As part of a collaborative team, the AEM Digital Asset Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline digital asset management processes and maintain an organized repository of assets. Responsibilities

• Manage and organize digital assets within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to ensure efficient storage and retrieval.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure assets meet project specifications and branding standards.
• Implement best practices for asset tagging, metadata management, and categorization to enhance usability.
• Monitor asset performance and usage to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Train team members on best practices for using the digital asset management (DAM) system.
• Ensure content accuracy, copyright compliance, and adherence to usage rights.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for asset management processes and workflows.
• Develop and maintain marketing materials and content, as required.
• Generate reports on asset usage, insights, and performance metrics for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and innovations in digital asset management.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), with a focus on digital asset management.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in digital asset management or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
• Experience with various digital media formats and file management best practices.
• Understanding of branding guidelines and digital marketing principles.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of copyright regulations and digital rights management is a plus.
