Overview

The EBS Technical Lead is a key role responsible for driving Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) initiatives, ensuring robust integration within the companys ecosystem, and impacting critical business functions. The role requires a mix of deep technical expertise and strong communication skills to engage with IT and operational stakeholders effectively.

As part of a collaborative team structure, the EBS Technical Lead will contribute to ongoing projects, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Oracle code and interfaces.
• Design and create PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and triggers.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance optimization.
• Create technical documentation, including design specifications and code comments.
• Perform performance tuning and SQL optimization to improve system efficiency.
• Guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to Oracle coding standards and best practices.
• Engage in continuous learning and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Work on RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions) components to enhance system functionality.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of Oracle Apps and E-Business Suite Architecture.
• Strong experience with RICE Components.
• Proficiency in PL/SQL development.
• Expertise in Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Familiarity with Shell scripting and SQL tuning.
• Knowledge of APPS Data Model and Oracle Coding Standards.
• Excellent business process analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle technologies are a plus.
