Test Automation Specialist

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Mode of Work: Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test automation workflows.
• Deploy Test Automation/RPA components, including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
• Support the launch and implementation of Test Automation solutions.
• Create process and end-user documentation.
• Assure the quality of automation through QA processes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, and other cross-functional resources to define and deliver impactful projects.
• Capture business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Work closely with development teams for proper solution implementation and integration.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Stay updated on relevant technologies and business processes.

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with RPA tools and cognitive platforms, especially UiPath Test Suite.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JavaScript, .NET, or Mobile Test Automation.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages.
• Ability to design technical specification documents for RPA projects.
• Experience in API development and consumption.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL).
• Understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and workflow-based logic.

Preferred Qualifications:

• UiPath RPA Developer or UiPath Certified Professional (UCP) certification.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven multitasking and prioritization capabilities in a dynamic work environment.
