About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Adobe Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, MMS, digital, and direct mail.
You will leverage your expertise in Adobe Campaign to build, deploy, and monitor campaigns, ensuring optimal performance and achieving campaign objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Execution :
- Build, execute, deploy, and monitor campaigns using Adobe Campaign across multiple channels.
- Provide accurate forecasted volumes for campaign requirements.
- Apply business rules, inclusions, exclusions, and guide segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate with the client team to set up email, SMS creatives using standard templates within Adobe Campaign.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to receive campaign files, validate HTML rendering, and ensure accurate personalization.
- Conduct thorough QA on audience and creative to ensure the right customers receive the correct campaign content and all mandatory checks are completed before deployment.
- Perform audience file validation against creatives to confirm the correct customer segments are targeted.
- Perform checks on creative design, layout, and preview with actual populated data.
- Validate rendering across multiple operating systems and device types.
- Schedule and launch campaigns after all QC steps are successfully completed.
- Track deployment details and schedules per campaign requirements.
Data Management & Analysis :
- Report bounces, undeliverable, unsubscribes, and invalid email addresses.
- Maintain a list of undeliverable emails and perform checks against the list before each deployment.
- Leverage JavaScript within Adobe Campaigns and APIs for advanced campaign functionalities.
- Utilize Schema for data structuring and optimization.
- Review technical specifications and campaign close-out documentation, ensuring completeness.
- Demonstrate a high-level understanding of databases, from customer data to campaign-level data.
- Understand data flows and ETL/workflow schedules.
- Possess hands-on experience with SQL, Oracle, or another relational database for building packages and triggers.
System & Data Management :
- Monitor system health, provide input for application server optimization, and assist with database server clean-up activities.
- Monitor automated campaigns for optimal performance.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of database management systems (DBMS).
Skills & Experience :
- 3+ years of experience as an Adobe Campaign Specialist or in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in using Adobe Campaign for executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign workflows, including segmentation, targeting, and personalization.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript within the Adobe Campaign environment.
- Experience with data management, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases (e., Oracle).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
