Job Description

Nestavia Home Finance Private Limited is an innovative affordable housing finance company committed to making homeownership accessible to low and middle-income families across India. Our mission is to provide flexible and affordable financial solutions tailored to the unique needs of our customers. As we expand our operations, we seek a dynamic National Business/Sales Head to lead our business efforts on PAN India basis.

Job Summary:

The National Business/Sales Head will be responsible for driving business strategy and performance across all the states/UTs, ensuring the achievement of business goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the affordable housing finance market. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and implement effective sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Sales Leadership:
    • Develop and implement the national business strategy in alignment with company goals.
    • Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth within the affordable housing finance sector.
  2. Team Management:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.
  3. Sales Performance Monitoring:
    • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, tracking progress and implementing corrective actions as needed.
    • Analyze sales data and market performance to inform decision-making and optimize strategies.
  4. Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Act as a point of contact for high-value clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.
  5. Collaboration with Other Departments:
    • Work closely with marketing, underwriting, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the senior management team to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
  6. Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct ongoing market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and competitor offerings.
    • Utilize insights to refine product offerings and sales strategies.
  7. Compliance and Risk Management:
    • Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
    • Identify potential risks in the sales process and implement measures to mitigate them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 20-25 years of experience in sales management, preferably in housing finance or financial services.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
