National Head Sales - BANCA Channel

Job Summary : The National Head of Sales for the BANCA channel will be responsible for driving sales and achieving business targets through the bancassurance channel. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing relationships with banking partners, and leading a team of sales professionals to ensure the growth and profitability of the BANCA channel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Planning : Develop and execute the sales strategy for the BANCA channel to achieve business objectives and targets.

• Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
  
• Product Development : Collaborate with product development teams to design and launch products tailored to the BANCA channel.
  
• Compliance : Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  
• Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives to senior management.
  
  Requirements

  Qualifications :
  

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within general insurance.
    
  • Prove a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
    
  • Strong understanding of the bancassurance model and experience working with banking partners.
    
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
