Job Description

Position Overview:
As an Inside Sales Executive at NeoSOFT, you will be responsible for driving sales opportunities by engaging with potential clients in international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to work in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Prospecting: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and prospects, qualify leads, and schedule meetings.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with prospective clients in international markets (US, UK, Australia, etc.) and communicate the value of NeoSOFTs services effectively.
  • Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Identify and generate new sales leads via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update accurate records of all sales interactions and client data in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall sales performance of the team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align efforts, optimize outreach strategies, and close deals.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather client feedback to improve service offerings and share insights with relevant departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 0-4 years of experience in Inside Sales, International Voice Process, or Tele-sales.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
