1. Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Chennai/Bangalore
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities by identifying and targeting potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Present and demonstrate the company's products and services to clients.
• Close sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing customer needs.

2. Job Title: Tele-sales executive

Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
• Promote and sell company products/services over the phone.
• Provide accurate information and handle customer inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-up.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Record customer information and update the database.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or related field.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
