At Unipro, our Inside Sales Executives are responsible for identifying prospective Customers for our products, introducing our products to them, getting them on board our sales network, and build & nurture relationships with them. Roles and Responsibilities
* Acquiring a thorough understanding of the product and its advantages.
* Lead generation and effective management of database for tracking and follow-up
* Make cold calls, call received leads and generate/buy leads on Online B2B platforms like indiamart
* Call leads to explain our products and understand their requirements and set up meetings
* Generate Database of potential Customers and approach them for our products
* Coordinate with Sales Team to ensure successful conversion
* Sales Conversion, onboarding of Customers to our network and Relationship building
Desired Candidate Profile
* Fluency in English
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Rapport Building Skills
* Selling, Persuasion, and Negotiation skills
* Confident and Go-getter
* High Energy and Hospitable personality
* Fast Learner and self-starter
Qualification & Experience
* Graduate and above
* 3+ years experience in Inside Sales handling B2Channel and B2B sales
* Proven track record of successfully closing the sales cycle from Lead generation to Sales
* Preference will be given to Candidates with experience in the Piping Industry followed by related Building Materials Industries such as Sanitaryware, CP Fittings, Bathroom products, Tiles and UPVC Doors & Windows and Pneumatics Industry.
