Key Responsibilities:
Social Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the brand s objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Content Planning & Creation: Collaborate with creative, copy, and brand teams to produce highquality, engaging content for each platform. Develop a content calendar with a mix of posts, stories, videos, and live sessions.
Community Management: Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Build a loyal community by fostering meaningful conversations and addressing customer feedback promptly.
Platform Growth & Engagement: Identify opportunities to expand the brand s social media presence and increase engagement rates through interactive content, influencer partnerships, and innovative campaigns.
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize future posts. Present monthly reports detailing engagement trends, follower growth, and campaign performance.
Stay Updated on Trends: Keep abreast of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure the brand stays ahead of competitors.
Qualifications & Skills:
4-7 years of experience in social media management, ideally with a consumer brand.
Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools.
Strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging social media content.
