The CRM Executive will manage and optimize customer relationship management initiatives, focusing on improving customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value through personalized communication.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM Strategy Execution: Implement CRM campaigns, including email marketing, push notifications, and SMS, to drive customer engagement.
Customer Segmentation: Analyze customer data to create targeted segments, improving personalization and campaign effectiveness.
Retention Campaigns: Develop and execute retention strategies aimed at reducing churn and increasing customer loyalty.
Data Management: Ensure CRM data accuracy and cleanliness, working with the data team to optimize customer data for segmentation and targeting.
Performance Reporting: Track and report on CRM campaign performance, using insights to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications & Skills:
2-4 years of experience in CRM or email marketing.
Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on customer segmentation and data driven decision making.
