Role Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated trainee to join our Recruitment team. This role offers hands-on experience in various aspects of the recruitment process and provides valuable exposure to the field of Human Resources. The trainee will assist with recruitment activities, gain insight into effective talent acquisition strategies, and contribute to the overall success of our hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on job requirements and company standards.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.
• Recruitment Administration: Support administrative tasks such as maintaining candidate databases, preparing recruitment reports, and updating job postings.
• Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and recruitment best practices to assist in developing effective hiring strategies.
