Role Overview:
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) plays a vital role in driving NCR Eduservices' growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients. Working during evening to night hours, you will connect with prospects, set up sales opportunities, and facilitate a smooth transition to Account Executives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect Identification: Leverage research insights to identify potential clients in the education sector.
• Strategic Outreach: Conduct outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to spark interest in NCR Eduservices' offerings.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects on factors such as needs, budget, authority, and timeline to determine their suitability for advanced sales discussions.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize initial meetings or product demonstrations between qualified leads and Account Executives.
• CRM Management: Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions with prospects in the CRM to monitor lead progression effectively.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent communication skills with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
• Prior experience with CRM tools and lead management processes is a plus.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently during night shifts.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
