Position: Academic Counselor

Location: Noida, Sector 62

Work Timings- Full Time (9:30 am to 6:30 pm) 

Experience:  1-4 Years (International & EdTech Experience will preferer)

Working days - 6 days

Key Skills Required:

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field
• Possesses an energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanor
• Eager to expand company with new sales
• Self motivated and self directed
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by converting leads into enrolled students.
• Engage with prospective students through phone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to

understand their academic goals and aspirations.

• Identify potential leads through various channels, including online inquiries, networking,

events, and referrals.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Language Proficiency: English mandatory
Qualification: Bachelors & Master's degree in related field
