Position: Marketing Head

Job Type: Remote

Experience Required: 8-12 years in Sales and Marketing, with a focus on the US market, preferably in the education or edtech sector.

Working Days : 6 days

Working Hours: US Shift (Night) or UK shift (1pm to 10pm)

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the US/UK market.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to increase revenue.
• Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Marketing Strategy and Brand Building:

• Design and execute marketing strategies that align with sales objectives.
• Drive brand awareness and lead generation through digital marketing, events, and partnerships.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to refine strategies.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials, campaigns, and content.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct regular training and workshops to upskill team members.

Revenue and Performance Management:

• Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales and marketing teams.
• Monitor and report on ROI for marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
• Manage the budget for sales and marketing activities.

Client and Market Engagement:

• Maintain regular communication with key clients to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty.
• Stay updated on US/UK market trends and customer behavior to inform strategy.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Experience: Proven track record of success in sales and marketing leadership roles, especially in the US market, preferably in the education or edtech sector.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
• Other: Flexibility to work in US/UK time zones as needed.
