Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify and qualify potential customers for our products and services. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our sales pipeline by generating high-quality leads, researching target markets, and fostering initial customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and identify potential clients through online platforms, databases, and market
intelligence tools.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media
engagement.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects.
• Develop and execute lead generation campaigns in collaboration with the sales and
marketing teams.
• Collect, validate, and analyze data to ensure lead accuracy and relevance.
• Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
• Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics for lead generation activities.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation
strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a related role (1-3 years preferred).
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools (e.g.,
LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Edtech or SaaS based industry will be preferable.
• Familiarity with email marketing tools and automation platforms.
• Understanding of sales funnel and lead qualification frameworks.
