Job Description

Job Title:- Supply Chain Analyst.

Job Location:- Pondicherry, India.

Position Summary

Analyze the data related to all travel and credit card accounts to include profile completeness, payment timeliness and any ad hoc maintenance needed from NCR Voyix or the NCR Voyix employee.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Assist with the administration of the Travel and Corporate Card programs for EMEA
Daily management, administration, and support of the Corporate Travel Expenses (TE) card program, Procurement Card (PCard) ( profile completeness, payment timeliness and any ad hoc maintenance )
Acts as an interface and liaison for escalated Corporate Credit Cardholder issues with immediate resolution, past due notices, limit adjustments
Maintain a low level of inquiries in Corp Travel inbox - Hourly
Process remittance file submissions - Daily
Review credit card applications - Daily
Cancel and follow up with terminated cardholders - Weekly
Prepare and communicate delinquency reporting - Monthly
