Position Summary:
The Order Administrator (OA) manages the initial provisioning, replenishment, and re-deployment of all service parts inventory within a specified geographic area in support of the NCR Worldwide Customer Services organization. Additionally, this person is responsible for: attaining and maintaining targeted service level objectives; maximizing asset utilization; and minimizing inventory investment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Executes all strategies, programs, and initiatives associated with the requirements planning of service parts inventory for an NCR geographic area.
Places parts orders, monitors back orders, expedites deliveries, and manages inventory levels in support of business requirements.
Maintains targeted service level objectives by daily monitoring of open service calls suspended for parts and left over calls suspended for parts (LOCA).
Acts as the primary liaison for service parts availability issues between the Area / Country FLS organization and various other organizations (including local SS management, Customer Account Team personnel, Logistics Analysts, and various ELC / WSL organizations).
The OA must be knowledgeable in all Field Logistics Operation s processes and procedures. In addition, the OA is expected to have good PC skills to aid/assist in the completion of essential job responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience Required:
Bachelor s degree from a three-year college or university preferred. One to two years related experience
And /or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skill Requirements:
