Senior Executive/Deputy Manager - Human Resources

Job Purpose

This role will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition, talent management, business partnering and providing HR support in meeting overall business goals of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle end to end talent acquisition activities
• Support Senior HRBP to execute departmental goals on areas on performance management, employee grievance redressals, strengthen employee relations and retention
• Connect with customer teams with an objective to drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives
• Support in the preparation of people analytics on a timely basis associated with talent acquisition, compensation benefits, workforce budget, engagement etc.
• Handling payroll and labour compliance related matters
  

Skill:

• Strong competence in MS Office ( esp. Advanced Excel) & Canva
• Working knowledge of any Designing tool such as Canva/ Adobe etc.
• Analytical and goal oriented
