Reduce the external consultant cost; by usage of internal reference which will help in cost saving Empanelment with Engineering/Mgt Institutes for Campus Placements / Lateral Hiring. Training & Development - To identify training need though the DH feedback , Areas of Improvement and Employee PMS result Create, To Facilitate and foster individual and organizational effectiveness in the cluster by facilitating learning and development programs in line with the development needs of the individual and business. On boarding Activities - Facilitating the New joiner with all the joining formalities (Background Verification, Pre-employment Medical Test, Induction plan & welcome message). Timely generation of Employee profile on CGHR4U of newly joined Employees and to provide training on CGHR4U to new employee. Ensuring complete Joining formalities and Induction Program). Employee Engagement - Work on the Culture for open communication or employee communication with effective initiative of mass reach for highly engaged workforce. CG Talks, Encouraging employees to share their industrial experience with their peers and teams
