Application for HR Recruiter (Talent Acquisition)
Experience: 1+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in fintech, NBFC or related sectors.
The Recruiter will spearhead talent acquisition efforts, sourcing and hiring top talent to support the firm s growth. This role requires expertise in recruitment strategies, talent pipeline building, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences in a fintech-focused NBFC environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and innovative recruitment channels.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and joining formalities.
Build a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
Ensure adherence to hiring policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment cycle.
Maintain recruitment metrics and prepare periodic reports for leadership review.
Foster relationships with recruitment agencies and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong networking skills with expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
