Branch Sales Manager - Loan Against Property

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Branch Sales Manager to drive the Loan Against Property (LAP) business for our branch. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, build strong customer relationships, and achieve business targets while ensuring high-quality service standards.

Role & responsibilities

Sales Leadership"

• Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch-level LAP sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Sales Executives.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure productivity.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Act as a point of contact for high-value customers, resolving their queries effectively.
• Market Development:
  
• Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the LAP segment.
• Explore partnerships with DSAs, brokers, and other channels to generate leads.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product innovations.
• Operational Excellence:
  
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance in all loan processing activities.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth disbursal of loans.
• Team Development:
  
• Train and motivate the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Organize regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and achievements.

• Strong understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) products and processes.

Educational Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. (Preferably MBA in Marketing/Finance)

Preferred Experience:

• 36 years of experience in sales, with a focus on Loan Against Property or related financial products.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.\
