Hiring for the role of SAP ABAP HANA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Development and Implementation:
• Develop, enhance, and support ABAP programs in S/4HANA environments, including reports, forms, enhancements, and interfaces.
• Implement custom solutions to support business processes in SAP S/4HANA and cloud-based systems.
2. Cloud Integration:
• Integrate SAP S/4HANA with cloud platforms (e.g., SAP BTP, AWS, Azure) using modern tools and techniques.
• Develop OData services and APIs for seamless connectivity between S/4HANA and cloud applications.
3. Performance Optimization:
• Conduct code reviews and performance tuning of ABAP objects.
• Optimize processes and workflows for better system performance and user experience.
4. Collaboration and Support:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Provide support for debugging, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in SAP ABAP programs and integrations.
5. Documentation and Training:
• Prepare detailed technical specifications and documentation for all developments.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users and team members as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Technical Skills:
• Strong experience in SAP ABAP development (Reports, Smart Forms, BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, Enhancements, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with S/4HANA development techniques, including CDS Views, AMDP, and SAP Fiori integration.
• Proficiency in OData, REST APIs, and cloud integration tools like SAP CPI or SAP Cloud Connector.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like SAP BTP, AWS, or Azure is a must.
• Functional Skills:
• Good understanding of SAP modules like MM, SD, FI, or PP in the context of S/4HANA.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and migration strategies.
• Soft Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
