Python Developer - Flask/Django (6-12 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop a thorough understanding of our entire technology stack and ensure seamless integration with new and existing systems.

- Design, develop, and maintain new features within existing Python services, and create new services to expand the overall framework.

- Contribute to the planning and future design of the technology stack, including architecture decisions.

- Collaborate with other team members in an agile environment, ensuring effective planning and execution of work.

- Write and maintain acceptance tests in collaboration with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure high-quality code.

- Provide L3 user support and resolve complex technical issues, offering solutions to both business and technical teams.

- Communicate effectively with business stakeholders and platform partners to ensure alignment and project success.

- Improve and enhance our Continuous Integration (CI) pipeline and deployment strategies for optimal efficiency and reliability.

Skills & Requirements :

- Strong proficiency in Python programming with a deep understanding of advanced Python concepts, including object-oriented programming (OOP).

- Hands-on expertise in Python frameworks, such as Flask and Django for API development.

- Strong experience in working with MySQL/SQL for database integration and optimization.

- Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced development environment.

- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and effectively debug issues.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools such as Git.
